My Heart's Work

I am currently a public school educator who chose proximity over position.

After serving in leadership roles, I made the intentional decision to return to the classroom. Today, I teach Principles of Entrepreneurship to high school students—because not every student’s path after graduation will (or should) look the same.

I also teach marketing and entrepreneurship to adult learners, supporting career transitions, business development, and economic mobility.

My doctoral research centers on whole-child education, belief systems, and how institutional structures either expand or restrict opportunity. This research informs my teaching, consulting, and advocacy work.

I provide consulting, facilitation, and strategic support for schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. Areas of focus include:

• Whole-child and whole-person frameworks
• Trauma-informed leadership and organizational culture
• Equity, belonging, and identity-aware practices
• Professional development for educators and leaders
• Strategic planning and program design

I am the founder of She’s Thankful®, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women through tangible care, advocacy, and healing-centered initiatives.

Our work includes survivor-centered outreach, community-based giving, trauma education, and resources for women navigating life after abuse.

My ministry work flows naturally from my nonprofit leadership and lived experience.

I create spaces for women to heal spiritually and emotionally, reconnect with God outside of fear-based theology, and rebuild trust in themselves.
